Rachel's College Graduation

Rachel graduated from college with a Bachelor's in Education. The University of Kentucky held the ceremony in the arena where the basketball team plays. It was pretty nice. The Jumbotron had close-ups of the conference of diplomas. After the conclusion there were fireworks.

Goodbye, 2001 Taurus

Thomas was t-boned on Avenue B at 25th street a couple of weeks ago. The guy was from Alliance and evidently in a hurry and lost. He claimed to his insurance Thomas ran a stop sign, but there are no stop signs on Avenue B for miles. The car is totaled, and the guys insurance company is picking it up today.

Albuquerque Balloon Fiestival Day 2

We got up about 4 to go see the balloons light up. It was cool. I will also say the traffic management was great.

Later on after the sun came up, there where lots of balloons.

The flame used to fill it was warm.

I was amazed at the variety.

Lots and lots.

The motorcycle one was the last to get up in the sky. It probably takes a lot of time to fill the balloon with enough hot air.
